Delivery & returns

ChowSauce currently takes orders by enquiry. When you submit a basket enquiry we confirm whether we can supply the items, the UK delivery options and the total before you pay by a method we agree separately. There is no card payment form on this website.

Delivery

We aim to serve mainland United Kingdom addresses. Delivery timing and cost depend on weight, courier and postcode and will be stated in our reply. Remote areas may take longer or cost more.

Returns

If you are a consumer buying goods at a distance, you may have a cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Food that has been opened or that is perishable may be excluded where the law allows. Contact support@chowsauce.com promptly with your order details if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
